Satisfaction Guarantee

All our Leather items come with an initial Satisfaction Guarantee offered by GM Diamond Enterprises, LLC. which is not a warranty, (warranties are only given by the manufacturer). If you are not satisfied with any product upon your initial inspection, we will refund your money if returned within in 30 days of receipt. Diamond Leathers will handle the shipping costs if it was our mistake. Email us with information about your dissatisfaction and please include your name, purchase date, transaction number. Items must be in good original condition and packaged in its original container if possible. Once we receive the returned item we will credit your account including your shipping costs. If you ordered the wrong size we will exchange the product for the correct size or refund the product price, but not the shipping costs. Please follow the instructions on the Size Chart page. GM Diamond Enterprises will not accept COD packages. Please e-mail us immediately at gmdiamond@roadrunner.com for instructions and then send returns to:

Other Warranties

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturers defect, please e-mail us immediately at gmdiamond@roadrunner.com for instructions. In your email, please tell us all of the details concerning your dissatisfaction, i.e. shipping damage, wrong item, etc. Diamond Leathers will respond with instructions for the return of the merchandise and how you can contact the manufacturer plus the possible replacement procedure. Please keep any shipping information, packaging materials, etc. to help us make a claim with the shipping company.

The Warranties listed above are the only Warranties. There are no Warranties for a particular purpose, expressed or implied and none shall be construed by law. Your rights vary from state to state.


Warranty Repairs

Diamond Leathers is not a warranty repair station, and therefore makes no express or implied warranty whatsoever with respect to any merchandise, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The only warranties provided are those of the manufacturer, as contained in each manufacturer's package. To avoid delays, all requests for warranty information, repairs, claims and any shipments should be made directly to the manufacturer.
