Shipping and
Handling
Many factors contribute to the shipping
and handling costs calculated by the many different
warehouses that our company deals with. Costs are
calculated based primarily on the total number of
boxes, total weight, final destination zip or postal
code, location of the warehouse, total insured value,
dimensions, residential delivery surcharges, and signature
confirmation.
The warehouses do there best to make
sure that shipping and handling charges accurately
reflect standard UPS shipping charges. However, because
product packaging, weight, product accessories, and
UPS shipping rates are also subject to change without
notice, we cannot guarantee that customer's shipping
and handling charges will exactly match the UPS database.
On all international orders, the Member and/or their
customer will be responsible for any duties, taxes,
or import fees and any additional freight fees required
for international delivery.
Customers should expect a standard
delivery time of 7 to 16 business days (1 to 3 weeks)
for all orders to reach their final destinations.
Because of the wide range of products offered and
number of warehouses and manufacturers available,
GM Diamond Enterprises cannot guarantee the delivery
of any particular order by an exact date. The warehouses
will always strive to ship and deliver products in
a reasonable time frame. However, in some cases customers
may be notified of a delay with their order, in which
case the warehouses will, according to federal regulations,
deliver the product within thirty (30) days of the
late-notification date. In some cases, we may choose
to refund shipping charges for late or delayed orders,
at our discretion.
Shipping Weights
Our company may not publish, via the
web site, E-mail, traditional mail, phone, or fax,
the shipping weights of items listed in our warehouses.
If you require the shipping weight information for
your purchase, or for any other reason, you should
make an educated guess based on the shipping rate
charged to you by this site and compare it to what
UPS traditionally charges as seen on the UPS web site.
You can use this sites automated ordering
process and the UPS web site to make an educated guess
of the shipping weight for any product by placing
a 'mock order.' After the shopping cart automatically
calculates the appropriate shipping and handling cost
for your delivery destination, you can simply exit
out of the order process screen and no order will
have taken place.
Order Processing
Diamondleathers.com receives and enters
each order as it is received throughout the business
day. Generally, all orders are processed (entered
into its warehousing system) by the following business
day. Customers should be aware that prior orders for
the same specific products that they are attempting
to purchase might have caused items to become unavailable
(or created an out of stock situation for your specific
purchase) even after the order has been placed.
If a product becomes oversold, orders
placed first will receive priority. Our company cannot
guarantee that any item will remain in stock-even
if it appeared on the web site at the time of your
order. The Warehouse order processing staff works
diligently to stay ahead of manufacturing trends to
insure product availability. However, periodically
a product may become unavailable after the customer
places an order.

handling costs before you make your purchase. Keep
in mind that this site is completely automated and
calculates shipping and handling fees plus taxes (if
applicable) automatically. Our hope is that this information
from UPS is helpful to you, we also supplied a link

track your package after you have received your tracking
number. You will find this link a little further down
the page.
