Diamondleathers.com invites retailers, resellers and other qualified entities to sign up for access to our wholesale customer services.

The following are requirements for our leather wholesalers:

* You must have a valid Vendors license number, or EIN number or DBA number or Social Security number with proof that you are operating as a retail or wholesale business. This number is requested as part of our wholesale application.
* You must create a wholesale account and be approved.
* You must read and agree to the wholesale terms and conditions as displayed below.

Wholesale and Dropship Ordering:

Once approved as a wholesale member you will be able to Login with your wholesale username and password allowing you to place your drop ship order immediately, as well as keep track of your order history.

GM Diamond Enterprises will have our many suppliers dropship directly to your customers. However, because Diamond Leathers has many suppliers and has to pay each supplier to ship our products to your customers, we must pass these shipping and handling costs to our wholesale customers and resellers. Each product in our online store has a certain sku number associated with it. The first one, two or three letters that each sku number begins with is our code that represents the supplier of that particular product. Examples: Xxxxxx, ALxxxx, LGxxxx, DLxxxx, HLxxxx, LUxxxx, UKxxxx, SMCxxxx, JLxxxx and possibly more to be added later. When ordering more than one item, group your orders together by supplier and place separate orders for each group. In the very near future this will be done automatically for you and at that time you will be able to place just one large order. You will be notified when this happens and this paragraph will change explaining the new ordering system.

There will be a dropship charge of $5.00 per order not per supplier, when the new system goes into affect.

All dropship orders will be paid for at the time of the order by credit card, check or Money Order. If you choose to send us a money order or check your order will not ship until the payment clears with the bank. Once the order has been completed and paid for, GM Diamond Enterprises will have your order dropshipped to your customer by our suppliers ASAP.

If you are planning to purchase items in quantity, please call me first for even more discounts. Examples are: a complete run of sizes for a particular product, 10 or more of a product and etc. Many of my suppliers offer discounts with larger orders which allows me to pass the savings on to you.

Wholesale and Dropship Returns:

All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods by you or your customer.

No returns will be accepted without prior approval by GM Diamond Enterprises. We stand by our name and reputation for quality and service, along with the best prices in the industry.

GM Diamond Enterprises will only cover shipping costs to return a product if it is determined to be our mistake. Examples of this are: Our supplier shipped the wrong item, did not ship the requested size of the item, shipped item to the wrong destination, product is damaged when received or etc. We are not responsible for shipping costs due to mistakes made by you or your customer. Please make sure that you furnish a good size chart to your customers!

Terms And Conditions:

GM Diamond Enterprises provides its customers with resources to resell our products easily and effectively. However we do have specific guidelines that must be followed. These guidelines are noted below. GM Diamond Enterprises reserves the right to suspend or cancel customers access to any or all services provided by GM Diamond Enterprises when we decide that the account has been inappropriately used. GM Diamond Enterprises reserves the right to limit quantities and to correct any typographical or pricing errors.

Server Abuse

GM Diamond Enterprises does not allow bots, spyders, or any other type of sniffing/hacking programs to be run on the servers provided by our webhost. Such activity will be deemed as server abuse and will result in immediate account termination. Attacks against our host's servers and computer systems is strictly prohibited. This includes and is not limited to: port scanning, IP spoofing, SYN flood attacks, security hole scanning, etc.

We supply our customers with resources to resell our products. These resources are for download and viewing only. WE DO NOT ALLOW LINKING TO OUR RESOURCES. Unauthorized linking to our website and the servers of our webhost without the expressed written consent of GM Diamond Enterprises will be deemed as server abuse. This includes and is not limited to linking to: html pages, images, media, files, and any other part of our website.

GM Diamond Enterprises will act strongly against server abuse. Possible actions against server abuse may include and are not limited to warnings, account suspension or termination, and civil or criminal legal action, depending on the seriousness of the abuse and or attack.

Product Resources

GM Diamond Enterprises allows its wholesale customers to use its product images, descriptions, and price lists in a manner deemed acceptable by GM Diamond Enterprises. Acceptable use includes downloading for viewing and editing, use on ones website or other online shopping system such as eBay?, yahoo?, etc..., or reproduction in a printed manner such as advertisements, catalogs, brochures, or flyers.
