A. For the most part no changes may be made after an order is submitted, however if you contact us by phone before your purchase has been processed for shipping we may be able to help you. Generally, all orders are processed and entered into the warehousing system throughout the business day and shipped by the following business day.

Q. Will I get a receipt for the order I placed?
A. Yes. Plus you will receive an email confirming your order detailing the price of each item, applicable tax (Ohio only), shipping charges and your order number. Also, you may print or copy the order page after your order has been submitted and accepted. You can also check your diamondleathers.com store account for details about all your orders.

Q. Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?
A. We currently deliver online orders to U.S. addresses only. Q. Do I need to supply a physical shipping address?
A. Yes. UPS requires a physical shipping address.

Q. Do you ship to P.O. Box numbers, APO and FPO addresses?
A. Sorry we do not automatically do it at this time. Currently we only ship to addresses with a street address. Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Standard delivery orders will arrive in four to ten business days. See our shipping and handling Information page for more details.

Q. When will my credit card account be credited after I have returned an item?
A. A credit to your account will be processed as quickly as possible. Most credits will appear on your credit card statement within three weeks of returning the item. See our returns page and security page for more details.

Q. What if I have a damaged or defective product?
A. All products may have a warranty with the manufacturer. You will need to contact the manufacturer if your product is defective. If the damaged was a result of the shipping process, you will need to contact the shipper and file a claim. See our shipping and handling page and returns page for more information. Q. How could an item be out of stock when it still appears on your site?
A. Even though we do update our site regularly, periodically a product may become unavailable after the order has been placed. See our shipping and handling page for more details. In rare cases such as this we will notify you by e-mail that your order is on backorder and then do our utmost to fulfill the order as soon as possible. You may also have the option to cancel the order or replace it with a similarly priced item.
